
The training for women is the same as men because the kenpo system does not base students on their sex, size or strength. Professor Maldonado will build your mental, emotional and physical endurance through intense workout, mind control and hands on practicing. Some women are concerned about bulking up or getting to muscular when they work out, this is not true, you, however, will become much more lean, defined and strong in my classes.

Forms with attacks, ground work, gun & knife maneuver, and Arnis stick training. Master Professor Maldonado is also available for seminars and private training,
