Workout
Martial arts is one of the
worlds best kept workout secrets. Keeping in mind the importance of fitness.
Every class consists of a series of martial arts exercises designed to improve
a persons all over body strength, and endurance. Once "The Workout"
is done we move on to working on forms with attacks, sparring, disarming hand
and weapon maneuvers. The nice part about the the class is that it is gradual
and builds you as you learn. This enables people of all fitness levels to
progress at the pace that best fits their individual needs. This workout

Our school is a place where people forget the outside world and
leave behind work, stress, and their busy lives to have time completely devoted
to themselves. It goes beyond standard exercise in that it engages both the
body and the mind creating greater catharsis and stress relief than standard
exercise. And beyond that, its about creating an escape from the monotony and
pressures of life. Adults need to unwind and our classes are the perfect
place to let go of your worries, get fit, and learn real self defense.

Karate is a serious self defense system. Unlike a lot of today's sport
based martial arts, Kenpo has no rules other than keeping you and your
loved ones safe. The strikes and throws are extremely effective and
designed to give you the best chance at surviving and getting away
from one or multiple attackers.
